I’ve had three blogs called “menace of privilege,” and in each case the host had glitches and was unable to provide adequate support. So for this fourth one I’ll name it “taxpayer,” which maybe doesn’t sound so, uh, menacing.

The main purpose of this blog is for me to maintain notes about things that concern me, in one place where I can likely find them.  Comments are always welcome.
